Last time I checked, a person is required to prove their citizenship status when applying or running for a national job/office; not the other way around.
I wholeheartedly agree with most of the comments. I believe Sarah Palin is a class act, and has far more experience and common sense than the barely experienced Senator from the corrupt state of Illinois. It is a sad commentary on our country that perceived "Ivy League intellect" and "phoniness" merits being elected PRESIDENT of this great country! Keep in mind , Mrs. Palin doesn't need a teleprompter to express herself. Mr. Obama was created by progressive Democrats and transformed into a celebrity by the pathetic mainstream media. Unfortunately, in this day and age, that's all that is needed.

Now he wants more help from the very people he is feverishly trying to enslave! I just hope this country and its elected representatives come to their senses soon. I agree wholeheartedly! Gen. Powell's endorsement of Obama cannot be reconciled, nor has he attempted to do so. Additionally, the timing of his endorsement was intended to do as much damage to McCain as possible! I wasn't overly excited with McCain, but at least he wasn't a committed socialist! I really felt,ans still do, the Sarah Palin has tremendous potential to be a great Conservative Leader. She stands head and shoulders above anyone out there right now. Gen. Powell never has, or ever will be a Conservative Leader!!
I agree! Isn't it amazing how our unbiased, professional main stream media has been unable and obviously unwilling to provide the scrutiny necessary to at least slow down all this crap!! They make a mockery of the First Amendment. The guardians of our Republic are nothing more than a very dangerous joke!!! All their propaganda is an insult to all clear thinking Americans!!!
I wholeheartedly agree! There is not alot we can individually do...but individually we can all stand against the propaganda being spewed from most media venues. I personally know many people who do not watch network television anymore. This is a small, but very significant way to make an organized statement

We do not need "Cap and Trade"! We need more nuculear power plants being built right now, under the stimulus spending. This needs to be combined with "Drill here,Drill now", coal, wind and solar. However, we do not need the wind and solar energy at the expense of compromising our ready access to carbon based energy and nuculear power. This can be accomplished right now: safely, efficiently, with long term benefits for energy independence and true debt reduction. It would also provide an excellent side benefit; affordable energy, from private industries which have already proven they can deliver the goods!!!!
