I appreciate the offer, but this isn\\\'t necessary at the moment. I\\\'m uploading the new version with the fixes in a bit. Just running a few tests and making sure the patch contains the correct fixes.

This also applies to member properties of a wrapped object, while those are global in a sense, it\\\'s best to set them in a constructor or an equivalent function.

ThunderBlog : Thunderbird 5 Support

Here are the bugs with Thunderbird 5 that I've fixed so far: * about:addons is not a valid URI * Addon component is invalid (causes various problems). * Addon Manager button actions are dropped instead of being ignored by ThunderBrowse (buttons don't do anything) * Various small compatibility bugs Bugs that haven't been fixed: * Statusbar runs into issues. I've asked around and I'm told that there's a bug in Thunderbird that affects the status bar when elements are injected. I'll see if I can figure out a workaround, but it might be an issue on Mozilla's side.

ThunderBlog : Comments

I learned about Thunderbird 5 today. I had no idea it was going to release soon as the last I heard of it, it was in beta 2. I\\\'ve stopped making addons compatible with beta and alpha versions. It\\\'s too much of a nightmare to deal with with the Thunderbird 3 alphas (as one night, the entire messagepane would be obliterated and the next night, the mail window would be gone. And the night later, all the element ids would be changed. It was too many stupid changes to keep up with [There\\\'s a bit of exaggeration in there, but you get the picture]). When I get the chance, I\\\'ll look into it. I\\\'m assuming most people just modified their version compatibility versions to version 5 as I haven\\\'t released an update.

ThunderBlog : New steps to getting plugins to work

As in opening pdf files within ThunderBrowse? That's not schedule to happen. I feel like pdfs in general propose too much of a security risk.

To be honest, I'm not sure what it would require, I haven't spent much time looking into it.

If it worked before, it's likely that it was something fixed by Mozilla.

ThunderBlog : We are back

I thought about making the start page local a long time ago, but due to the restrictions of Google\\\'s TOS, I cannot. Doing so would fall under the rule that forbids a Google search bar from being integrated into a software application. Mozilla has a deal with Google that allows them to do this, I do not.

No it is not. A bug on AMO is causing the links to server 3.2.8.1. They are currently fixing it. In the mean time, you can get the new version from the download page and from get.thunderbrowse.com

I just use Kubrick, which allows you to change the font. I just changed the header a bit today, so it should be a bit easier, but to really make the colors different, I would have to either change the header color or go edit the theme (which I rather not do right now).

Not sure what you are talking about. It works fine for me on TB3. Should work fine on TB2 unless something was changed in a newer version of TB2.

It's probably not gmailui, attachment sizes or folderpane tools as I
used those (or used to use them) and when I upgraded I didn't experience
this problem. But thanks for letting me know :D
