The price of the 2016 Blog Cabin was reduced from $775,000.00 to $730,000.00 on September 7, 2017. A nice reduction but still higher than I believe it should be.

The 2016 Blog Cabin in FL is back on the market. On/around 7/5 the 2016 BC was listed as "Pending Sale" but on/around 8/23 the status was changed to "Back On Market". I wonder what happened?

WOW. It's getting tougher to find these message boards. It is nice to see that some familiar bloggers are still around.

I love the location (One of the best, if not the best). Burlington is AWESOME.

I like but do not love the remodel. IMHO, the previous BC/s were much better.

Like you and TwoCorgis, to me, this does not seem to be a million dollar home.

On 6/15/2017 the 2016 Blog Cabin was reduced to $775,000.00. I was surprised that the price wasn't reduced significantly more than that.
