By quickly looking at all the comments on Twitter, we have 2 different sets of opinions:
1 - the sheep who are unaware of what they are talking about and just follow the sheep in front of them;
2 - the ones who can read and their IQ exceeds their shoe size. Those are the ones that, right now, hate that kid.

I mean, look at that pic. It's pathetic.

You used a Jailbreak tool to "unlock" a 3gs?
Interesting.

An absolute lie, but interesting.

If it's "loose", glue it.

Over 2 years, contract will be expired and unlock is free according to the new laws. Read their documentation, it's not too complex (or so i thought before reading your "statement").

Well, if you want to wait for a "toll", be ready to pay.

Something that has not been much discussed but i think is important:

What's the "lime"+"unlock" 4.1 recipe, assuming it's safe to do it?
I'm guessing Umbrella for the upgrade, but how does ultrasn0w behave on the 4.1+lime scenario?

Any input appreciated.

There are plenty of stores all over who sell them unlocked.

Risky as it might be, you "CAN" do it.

"well meaning IT friend"?

Kick him in the face and make him an "illiterate who should mind his own business guy".

4.2? 4.1?

Oh, you're in the future, sir. Please tell me the lottery numbers.
