So, what is stopping a potential robber from giving the address of a non-vacant house and just ambushing the pizza driver when they get there? This isn't close to being an intelligent solution. Its a waste of paper, especially since the plan has been made known to the public. If its that much of a problem, have under cover police officers work as pizza drivers to catch the people committing these crimes.
