I have been chasing my construction working ex husband in IL for 10yrs. Arrearages accrued every winter when he is laid off for 12-16 weeks. We were married 18 years and have three children. What can be done? I have complained to all the government authorities for years and gone to court multiple times, they simply keep adding on to the total.
