What do you think about Obama discussing the idea of bypassing the Senate's Constitutional role in treaty ratification because he cannot work out a new one with Russia as easily as he had hoped?

If these guys were unskilled subsistence farmers who were taken to Gitmo by mistake what were they doing that caused us to "mistake" them for terrorists? I thought that they had been trained as terrorists by the group that was planning attacks for the Bejing Olympics.
