Hey Steph! I use the vanilla flavored Optimum Nutrition Natural (link above in the ingredients list). It could be a combination of both your protein powder and the agave. Isn\'t it awesome!! The best is when peaches are in season, and its suuuuuper sweet (I don\'t use any stevia when they are really sweet).

Glad you all enjoyed reading Jennifer's perspective! I am hoping to continue to highlight people like Jenn, who are shining examples of how to find that place where you allow health and happiness to sort of just... flow to you, and you just really are in love with life!

Anne, that is so cool. I am so glad to have met you girls and feel honored that I have been a part of your journey. :-) I believe it is in Seth Godin's book Tribes that he talkes about how the meaning of fear has changed over the history of our existence. In the caveman days, fear was a tool that essentially saved our lives. It was a means of survival. These days, Seth says, fear is the first sign of change... so it is a good thing.

We all feel fear, especially when doing things we aren't used to doing. Me too. I've learned to embrace the fear, feel it, and then move through it!
