It's been nearly two years and I remember it like yesterday. I never knew Tim but he reminds me very much of a certain someone I care deeply about, someone who I feel a strong desire to protect. So it hits home. Knowing what kind of person Tim was during his brief time here, I can say that everyone who knew him was truly blessed. I never got to meet him but he has touched me deep in my soul. It disgusts me to know that such a sweet, gentle person was killed in such horrific fashion.

There but for the grace of God go all of us. I used to ride the Greyhound buses all the time... but never again after this.

I do believe that Tim is with God and has been watching over his family and friends. I wish them as much comfort and healing as possible... until they finally reunite with Tim in Heaven.
