The mother didn't see a red flag when her boyfriend asked her if he could babysit the tot all day...EVERY DAY ??? And she didn't seem to notice her little one's distress and trauma? How about bruises ... missing patches of skin ?? The mother should also be held fully accountable. Rot in prison... both of you..

I would not have left that precious voice mail on my phone...I would have saved it elsewhere..no matter how. I feel also, that T-Mobile should have advised people who were thinking of signing up for this feature, that they could lose older saved messages, since they have decided that with it, the window for saved info is smaller...Each party had a responsibility in this situation. I am really sorry he lost his daughter...that voice mail was all he had left .. I cannot imagine his sorrow.
