So when we fall into a lull, we don't know what to do. It's kind of like we don't know how to raise or hunt for food because we have well-stocked grocery stores. Interest is always worth seeking and bringing into otherwise boring situations. I coach people to find interest where it's not apparent, for example, kids in school or people stuck somewhere.
