Article 2, Sec.4 of the Constitution of the United States:
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and misdemeanors."
Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."... (to their enemies of [the United States].
IMHO by releasing those CIA papers Treason was committed by comforting our enemies since we are at war, not with a specific nation, but with a group of people who are intent on the destruction of the US, and are thus our enemies.
Impeach them all!

Article 9 of the constitution establishes the right of the people through grand juries to remove corrupt officials. Using the power of presentments rather than indictments forces the federal attorny to search out the truth. See www.the7thfire.com/treason/Federal_Grand_Jury-Fou...

According to Article I, Section 9, Para 8: "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no Person hoolding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept any present, Emolument, Office or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State."
I guess since the Queen of England offered the title to Sir Ted this section doesn't count. snicker, snicker. I don't remember hearing in the press that Congress approved his title either. It was proposed in the 1870's that any member of congress who received a title from a foreign power would lose his citizenship. It should have been approved.

Millshine:
Regarding your number 9: Withouth the Electoral College, New York and California would determine election outcomes because of population.
#10: In a free country no one is forced to do anything, we do things because it is the proper thing to do.
Regarding the rest, you're spot on.
#6 I've always felt that the salaries of the representatives should be the average salary of their constituants.
#4, In order to vote voters are supposed to be able to speak English, but why do we publish ballots in foreign languages? Weird.

Actually, as has been pointed out---the Constitution is the Supreme law and it does the people say that they do not give the government the right to stop them in the exercise of. . . "the right to PEACEABLY assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances". Any other laws attempting to do this violates the constitution and is thus null and void.

That is my opinion also.
According to one website, Article 5 of the constitution sets "we the people" as the 4th branch of government through the grand jury system. www.the7thfire.com/treason/Federal_Grand_Jury-Fou...

"Bystanders had mixed reactions. Nicole Brown said that she can't condone murder but that police don't respect residents of the area. Daria Belt said she had no sympathy for the protesters but sympathized for Mixon's family."

How much respect are these people showing for the police officers?

As is pointed out though, the difference between the big cities and outlying areas is exactly why the framers of the consitution instituted the electoral college. Otherwise the cities of California and the New York area would have the votes to determine the presidential winners--oops apparently they already do.
