Israel was smart enough to plant the explosives and cutter charges in the towers on 9/11 and keep the secret (ever wonder how that was done and the secret kept/?).

Israel was smart enough to conspire with elements of the US corporatocracy and Saudi Arabia to move public opinion to war with Iraq (as the two, no three, parties who gained the most by the lose of Saddam).

Israel is smart enough to have it's citizens within the corridors of every significant US governmental power structure including the White House.

What better way to git rid of nuclear waste then give it as a "gift" to the Arabs?

Stupid .... no, no, no ---- racist, yes, suicidal, maybe - but only when there is no more chance to continue, terrorists, of course ..... but stupid .... give me a break.

Now, Mr. Ashamed .... no one has to stay in their religion or to so identify with it! Me thinks they pay you or you volunteer for damage control!

For those of you who feel there is more to this story, there very likely is much, much more to this story.

But is it relevant to the issue at hand? The facts are:

1) The child came to the attention of local police because he roamed around by himself.
2) The police smelled mj when they took him home to his (step)father.
3) The police notified child services.
4) The child was then taken in custody by Oregon DHS.
5) Oregon DHS discovered he was an illegal alien.
6) Oregon DHS did not turn him over to immigration for deportation but decided to keep him.
7) Oregon taxpayers are footing the whole bill for:
a) lawyers for the mother, the child and DHS;
b) for the court time;
c) for the cost of foster care;
d) medical and drug treatment for the boy;
e) cost of home studies IN CANADA!

Governor Ted Kulongoski tried to intervene to send the boy to Canada but he was rebuked by the judge.

Eventually, a serious lawsuit will be filed against the taxpayers of Oregon and once again local people will have to pay taxes to defend it. It will cost millions of dollars.

Who wins in this kind of pissing contest?

Is the kid a political prisoner?

Why isn't the press giving us more information?
Why was he not handed over to immigration?
Why was he not given to Canada child services?
Why? Why? And more Why?

Does anything else matter?

Send the kid home!

Why, thank you .... it's an acquired survival skill ..... but you are wrong about me having an ubber "liberal" perspective .... I am so conservative that I would eliminate most of government and about 95% of the laws they have passed. I got invited into this issue because I am well known locally for opposing state intervention in most family matters and the unending attacks upon the primary social structure of society - the core family. Only a committed lefty would see the assumption (by the state) of the control of our children (and family structure) as a "good thing".

I suspect that if you and I knew each other, we would get along.

I recently offered Texas Congressman Ron Paul sanctuary in my own home here in Calgary, should (and when) the sh**t hit the fan down there and to his great credit, Ron Paul graciously and firmly declined my offer. They will seize and hold him you know.

The Southern Poverty Law Center named Ron Paul as one of the 40 most dangerous people they would like to see locked up (my paraphrasing and words - not theirs) here: http://www.splcenter.org/get-informed/publication...

Go to Noah's FB page and you will find my name. Take a look .... it never hurts to check out people to get an idea of who they are.

One last comment ... this is from last Saturday's Miami Herald .... Bill Clinton quoted on Elián González being return to his father in Cuba:
_________________________________________________________________________________

"We had American children who had been kidnapped. They were in Iran. They were in Germany. They were in country after country after country,'' Clinton recalled. Had the United States refused to repatriate the boy, ``no other American president would have been able to say with a straight face, `You can't kidnap my child and keep him in Germany...''

Clinton: Sending Elián to Cuba was right thing to do - Miami-Dade Breaking News - MiamiHerald.com www.miamiherald.com

Former President Bill Clinton said Saturday he had no regrets over sending Elián González back to live with his father in Cuba, and would order a federal raid on Little Havana all over again.

I need say no more.

I wrote: .... "And please, don't attack me because this story is "ugly" and speaks to those Americans who want to run the world ..." And I wrote: " ... you are only a little bit different, you and me, but your governments .... well, I'm certain an awful lot of you have problems there too ..."

You have a thin skin and you reacted from an emotional place. I understand that. This too, is a very emotional thing for me also ---- but I took care to qualify what I wrote to be addressed to a limited group of power seekers, brokers and holders.

I identified the judge by name and explained his attitude and it was to him and people like him to whom I referred.

For the record, Oregon's Governor Ted Kulongoski and some of his staff tried to intervene and the judge told him and them to take a hike .... as he has told a least one of Oregon's Senators (Ron Wyden, who is also trying to help) and everyone else on both sides of the border who tried to help to get Noah back to his own country.

Noah's grandmother wrote (on the facebook page noted above):

Lisa is allowed a 20 min. monitored phone call every 2 weeks. A couple of weeks ago they decided to give my husband and I weekly phone calls of 20 min., but none of us are allowed to mention that we're trying to get him home. Nor are we allowed to mention any hopes of a date. It was only a few weeks ago that they would allow him to read his emails, but they have to be cc'd to the social worker first. The foster parents don't like to use the computer, so Noah has extremely limited use. I told DHS that prisoners in jail have more rights than my grandson and our family. I'm sure families can tell their loved ones "Son, we can't wait for you to be home next month." We can't say that to Noah or they'll end the phone call.

Taking and then keeping a 10 year old child for two years is not a minor incident .... keeping his mother and the rest of the family from telling him she (they) love[s] him and is working to get him home is not a little thing ... it is an "ugly" thing and if such a thing was done by a Canadian judge and child welfare workers, I would call him/her/them a "ugly Canadian".

I am truly sorry that you could not see past the words "ugly American" and the context in which they were used, because those people who are treating this boy this way are just exactly that but I apologize to any others who were offended by my use of that particular phrase and I acknowledge that I should have chosen my words more carefully.

Thank you to all of you other "good Americans" who have and are trying to help us. I have and I will, say a prayer for all of you.

Good for you, killer!

I am with TedTylerEzro - to trust an already dysfunctional group of people who are inclined to play "God" is most unwise. If suicide is what is wanted, then do it yourself. If assisted murder is want is wanted, too bad, someone should go to jail!

In my experience, those who would use "softer" words for suicide and murder would kill you in a heartbeat if they thought they had no possibility of personal liability - my advise is to just stay away from the type as they are sick little puppies who are or have somewhat broken values inside.

My rule is simple ..... Only Kill What You Are Going To Eat!

The mother was moving from Montreal back to Calgary and his step-father is a dual American / Canadian citizen who has a local place in Oregon. Noah was taken there during his family's summer vacation move to stay with his step father (who has raised him since he was about 2) and there is more to the story but it does nothing to endlessly repeat it here .... the simple fact is that the boy should have been sent home or allowed to continue to live with his step dad who is his dad.

If you cannot send your child to spend time with a family member or even a trusted friend or summer camp for that matter without the state taking your child .... well, the principle of the thing must be resisted. We have our own social services here in Calgary, if there is a problem, it was not Oregon's problem but Canada's.

We can look after our own! For more information, please go to:

There are people posting here complaining that Noah's name is used publicly ..... well it was private for 1 1/2 years and he was still held in Oregon with the possibility that he would have his Canadian citizenship stripped and he would be forced to become an American citizen by an Oregon State adoptive process.

Now I generally like you all individually because you are only a little bit different you and me but your governments .... well, I'm certain an awful lot of you have problems there too and taking and keeping one of our children is really making a lot of Americans look bad, what comes to mind is the old international standard of the "ugly American". And please, don't attack me because this story is "ugly" and speaks to those Americans who want to run the world rather then making your lives better or easier at home. Enough of your sons have died for no real purpose other then those ambitions of that class of people and we do not wish to donate one of our sons to that possible end.

I live in Calgary and I am a community advocate ... that means I stick my nose into places a lot of people who are in authority are never happy about and that is a good thing because authority only likes itself and more authority and it does not like it when we put a light on it.

I worked really hard to get the story of Noah's extraterritorial judicial kidnapping into the mainline press because the Judge in the case, Kip Lenard assumed power over a child which he should have immediately returned to his own country and Judge Lenard will not give the boy up saying he does not care about international law and any agreements between Canada and the US or anyone else and we need all sorts of people to object to what has happened and what is still happening or this harm will continue.

Kip Lenard has big political ambition, he wants to run for the Senate or Congress and he has just resigned from the bench so he can do so. One way or the other, he will want you to vote for him, don't do it, you have enough control freaks in Washington now!

Bottom line is that if we had one of your children, we would return him as to keep him would be tantamount to an act of war and we understand that.

We want our boy back, it is in his best interests to be with his family and not shuffled from one foster home to the next at Oregon taxpayer expense.

Help to send our son home, back in Canada where he has roots, tradition and family. Sorry if I p*ssed you off, but this child is important!
