Hi Cristy, Thank you for your comment. Yes, I loved it too, and am looking forward to another season of great apres ski sushi there.

Dear Andrew,

I am delighted you enjoyed your time in Bansko and would come back.

As for the free hiking sessions, I am glad Stamenka was appreciated and that the difficulty was about right for you. Look out for photos of this soon. We did a difference route every day for five days -- all in glorious sunshine.

Thank you for your kind comments and am delighted the free guide from Bansko Blog helped too as we hope to put on more Good Beer Shows again.

Kind Regards,

Lance

Hi Dan, Thank you for your comments. Most ski holiday insurance will cover you in the event all lifts are shut. Check the small print carefully. But for your dates I would not worry as I cannot remember a time when there has been no snow then, To the contrary I have my best times early (and mid) April in Bansko?

So in conclusion -- it is good idea to come to Bansko then!

Hi Deni, Thank you for your comment and for visiting the site. I have replied by email direct to you following on from your email. But officially opening is usually 15th December. We do not know the date for sure yet. Lifts often open earlier if there is good snow cover -- but this eventuality should not be relied upon for a special ski holiday trip.

HI Gary, Thank you for your comments. The Banderishka route is nice.

it is great to hear you enjoying the Pirin mountain so much as I do! Enjoy the Jazz Fest and do say hello if you come to The Good Beer Show at Bansko Royal Towers on the afternoon and early evening of the 4th August.
