you have to restore again.
plug your phone and put it in dfu mode .
ur pc will recognize a connected hardware and ull be able to restore.
remove ur sim while u are doing that .
after restoring dotn activate ur phone.
use redsnow 0.72 to jailbreak and hacktivate ur phone .
tell me if it s ok.

oksoem had that .
try to desactive ur 3g or
if u made a backup from a previous profile u need to restore again and make a new profile

yeah you cant sync your iphone with your old profile you have to create a new one.
restore and jailbreak again then create a new profile .

you restore and jailbreak with redsnow and choose only cidya or icy.

you have 2 same sim cards and only one is working.
strange , i cant help you .
check if the sim cards supports 3 G
