I completely agree with you.
There is a commission that looks into the safety of people after their return, but in the past many mistakes have been made, either out of ignorance or out of conscious misleading the decisionmakers. In some cases they can't even have an insight into individual situations.

It's like it's completely forgotten that people don't have fun when they leave their roots and family.
