You then further stated that if it wasn't published or aired in certain media outlets you do not consider it news to which the response was, " the problem with you younger people is you get all your news through pop culture outlets." Your second misrepresented claim: No one said the drug transaction taking place on the property in front of your house and our unit took place in your house nor has anyone said you engaged in any such transactions. There have been drug transaction take place in front of your apartment and when brought to your attention you informed us they are not people you know or who are in your house. Video surveillance from last weekend shows what appears to be drug transactions taking place in front of your apartment and the gentleman on the video was in fact visiting your apartment and seen on video with your sisters boyfriend. This property has a long history of being used to make drug transaction and has a long history of being targeted by people breaking into the vacant units. If you are saying we have reported that some of the people coming and going from your apartment are engaging in drug transaction you would be correct. In fact we made a point to notify you of what was captured on surveillance video with the advice that you might want to make those individuals go elsewhere to do their business to keep you from being responsible if someone gets hurt or property damaged as a result. NO WHERE have we ever said you or anyone living in your apartment takes drugs because we only record video surveillance of the outside property areas.

Your next claim. When you were asked while we were driving you to a job interview at McDonalds on Nova & Granada, "Courtney, how many people do you have living in that apartment?" you responded by saying "my mom and sisters but my Grandmother has told me I need to tell my mom to get a job." You went even further to say "I know my mom needs to go because all she wants to do is drink..." These Courtney are your OWN words not ours. As to your claim we "assumed" your mother was on food stamps, we didn't assume anything. Again we refer back to your own words in front of the Holly Hill Police officer taking the report on Wednesday morning: "I can have as many phones as I want shipped to my house as long as each person has their own Food Stamp card." In addition you not us identified the two people who received the SafeLink phones to be you and your mother. When you were told your mother doesn't live at this address or at least not according to your lease you informed us in front of the Holly Hill Police that "my mother uses my address for her mail." If that is true and if what you say in your comment above about her living in Michigan then you have again confirmed our report of fraud by your mother applying for benefits through Florida's DCF for a SafeLink phone. Or did you have someone use your mothers name and info to apply for the phone you yourself said was sent to your mother?

Now as to the rest of your fabricated misquotes which by the way were made in front of Holly Hill Police no one ever made any statement about trying to "stop us people" or u people or any other way you might like to say it. Jack, not sure who you are asking about their information but if it is directed at SN we would like to make clear we would put our lives on the accuracy of our reports on the Benghazi attack including what the goal was and who arranged the meetings.

The fact that the prosecutors and Judges in this case have used this case for political purposes rather than justice requires they be called out for their actions. Whether you agree with the law in Florida or not, it does not give Al Sharpton and other race based carnival barkers the right to come in and create racial unrest because that's what gets news coverage. We believe that many Americans would much rather see the news covering the FT Hood, TX shooting trial but they don't because their is a circus going on in Sanford FL which was started money grubbing lawyers screaming "the white man killed a black kid." When the family and the families lawyers started circulating pictures of a 12 & 13 year old Trayvon Martin instead of the 17 year old Trayvon the family became suspect of their true motives. I assume you are the brainchild behind the SN News. It is my belief that your recent article, referenced above, in the SN News is cold-hearted, inaccurate, baseless, insensitive, hateful, full of speculation and likely racist. Contrary to popular belief, Judge Nelson is hardly doing the prosecution any favors. Conversely, what is more accurate is that she is covering her keester by making damn sure she gives the defense an unusually enormous amount of latitude thus making sure this case is not later overturned on appeal. After all, George Zimmerman and his defense are known to be whiners. She said so herself.
You gripe about her not letting in the text messages. So what, we griped about the fact that she let in Martin's marijuana use and nothing changed in that controversial decision. There were only traces in his system and thus had no bearing as to his state of mind. In fact, it was or will be proven that with that amount, he actually was in a relaxed state of mind. Oh, and you do realized that marijuana is legal in some state's right? We should gripe about the fact that there has been no mention of Zimmerman's conviction in 2005 for assault. Conveniently, no mention is being made of that, by either sides. How fair is that to this dead boy?
Fact is, the Sanford Police Department erred in not arresting Zimmerman on the spot. There was no self defense just a bunch of self-contrived lies from George Zimmerman. He shot that kid through the heart! This was purely hateful, racially motivated, vigilante style killing and George Zimmerman gave himself away when he uttered the words, "Fucking punks…these assholes, they always get away"! End quote. If the roles were reversed and it was a Black man that shot a White or Hispanic kid to death, there is no doubt that he would have been locked up within minutes of the alleged crime, whether or not there were probable cause. Neither is there any doubt that the Attorney General of that sate would have prosecuted him to the fullest extent of the law.
It is mean-spirited comments and fallacies like these that your news paper either perpetuate or allow to be perpetuated that divide us. As well as your races' inability to understand that black people are sick and tired of White people trying to take away their rights. Tired of White people minimizing our plight and the things we hold dear to us. We can grieve with you all when 28 of your kids are gunned down in Newtown Connecticut. Be by your side and mourn with you when 12 of your kids are gunned down in a theater in Colorado but let it be about a White or Hispanic man gunning down a black kid. You want to crucify our black victim, shine the spotlight on his irrelevant past, dismiss the tragedy that needlessly claimed his life, make him out to be some thug who got what he deserved. Then you have the audacity, the unmitigated gall to hold the perpetrator up as a heroin. It is recklessness actions like these that have brought black people to this breaking point.
Zimmerman is guilty as hell and here are just some of the reasons why: 1. He was told to stay in his vehicle and he disregarded the order of the Sanford Police Department. 2. He was told, "We don't need you to be doing that". Meaning, he didn’t need to be following Martin. I might also add that Zimmerman had already labeled Martin, "the suspect". Zimmerman said, "OK". And then did otherwise. In doing so, he became a vigilante, taking matters into his own hands. Self-defense is not you pursuing an innocent victim who is trying to get away and inciting a fight with him, and then taking his life because he is black, wearing a hoodie, and in your crazy, mixed up mind, is looking suspicious. 3. Zimmerman made hateful and racial slurs, "...these fucking punks, they always get away". Parenthetically speaking, if George Zimmerman can say, "...these fucking punks, they always get away", why can't Travon Martin say, "Creepy Ass Crackers?" Isn't turnabout fair play? It seems, white people can always dish it but they can never take it. In the end, George Zimmerman's mouth may very well be the nail in his coffin even if he is acquitted of this heinous act. I hear the feds may also be gunning for his, "you know what". I hear this is appearing to them as a hate crime. And I assume you do know about the maverick nature of the feds. Oftentimes, they act first, ask questions later and don't really need a reason to nail your ass to the coffin.
Anyway, I digressed. George Zimmerman is also guilty because, 4. He pursued this unarmed kid for no reason. Travon Martin had a right to go home just like any citizen and his choice in apparel or "suspicious" nature were not sufficient reasons to deprive him of that right. 5. Zimmerman has a past criminal history, arrested in 2005, I believe for assault. A leopard cannot change its spots. How does this relevant fact not come in at some point and speak to his rogue nature? 6. Zimmerman's treating physician has testified that his head wounds were not life threatening and did not justify the use of deadly force. 7. One of the police officers has even testified that at a minimum, this was a case for manslaughter. In other words, he believed Zimmerman acted recklessly. 8. A witness has testified that Zimmerman was not supposed to be carrying a weapon. Whether he had a license to carry or not, is irrelevant. 9. Zimmerman broke the cardinal rule not just of SPD but also the Neighborhood Watch Association. He was not supposed to pursue anybody; rather, he was supposed to alert the authorities. 10. He has a track record of lying. Whether its lying to the court about his finances ($150 versus $150,000), or lying about the fact he was unaware of "Stand your Ground laws", he is a pathological liar.
As to your representation of how much the Martin's got in the settlement; I say, "Is that all they got"? I say, the HOA got off dirt cheap. The Martin's deserve quadruple that amount. In any case, you're mean, vicious, cold hearted, insensitive comments are unwarranted. How dare you squawk about money or call into question the veracity of these people's love for their child? Its none of your damned business no matter the amount money. These parents can never get their son back, at any price. Justice will be served. The days of white supremacy, and black inferiority are no more!
