I know you have trouble following this so I will type slow. It has never been clarified what exactly a "Natural Born Citizen" means, particularily with regard to eligibility for presidency. There is a difference between citizen and natural born citizen. Schwartzenegger is a citizen, but is clearly NOT eligible. Most of us had both parents born in US and we were born in the US, thus we are eligible. But there are still a lot of grey areas in between. If Jose and Maria slip across the border from Mexico and have a baby born in Las Vegas (an anchor baby) but they never become citizens nor go back to Mexico, is the baby qualified? Based on your assertion no and I would agree. What if Maria and Jose became citizens later denoucing their previous citizenship? I think that is a slippery slope and would say no. Baracks mom was but his father was not. Qualified? I don't think so but others disagree.
No coincidence on the time of this release and the timing of his book though, right?
I don't know the answer but I suspect Barack tried to game the systems to his advantage whenever possible. That is why I suspect some of his school records have been sealed. I suspect they show that he obtained either favorable admission or financial assistance due to his "status" whatever it was he was claiming.
There are still two problems in regards to the birth certificate. First, "African" is not a race nor was it an acceptable racial description in 1961. It could have been a mistake but it makes one question the legitimacy of the document, that is it makes it feel like it has gone through the political correctness filter.
The other problem is the definition of "Natural Born Citizen." Now I am not an expert and many of them disagree but the primary definition that I think most agree with is a person born within the republic to parents who don't have allegience to any other sovereignty. Does that mean that both parents need to be American citizens and denouce any other citizenships? Obama's father was Kenyan, which was at that time a British colony and thus had dual citizenship to both Kenya and Great Britain. According to British law at the time, his son would also have the right to citizenship. Based on his actions, though, Barack's father was not a fan of Great Britain based on the treatment of his home country Kenya.

Soooo, Olberman gets fired for breach of contract but Beck is the crazy one? What would be awesome is if Beck set up a shadow company that hired Olberman back, without his knowing who is really paying the bills.

As for Palin, I question her electability and after watching her show obout Alaska, I think I would rather have Todd as president. But it is way too early. Remember, Hillary had the nomination in her back pocket and just needed to go through the motions. I know I am playing the "what if..." game, but if the GOP would have put in a decent candidate and if the media would have even done a half-a$$ed job, Barry would have been blown out.
