WoW! I can't believe it A REAL LIVE DREAM HOME!
(A dream home MUST have at least have a 3 car garage, HUGE lot, and its own dock or air strip or huge permanently anchored lighter than air balloon with a ground floor to cabin in the sky elevator.)

I am a fan of stained concrete and that one is awesome.

My mom and dad always thought concrete floors were too hard for a home, but now days people wear good quality shoes with lots of cushioning so hard floors are no problem.

The fireplace in the library is probably 2 sided, making the empty space outside the library the spot for the library lounge.

You have just experienced and you mentioned very low quality housing, I assure you these wallpapers will not peel. All the best homes use wallpaper, and women generally prefer wallpaper. I am very male and personally I don't care for it unless it creates some kind of novelty.

I thought this blog concluded a long time ago that the fireplace is 2 sided, so the fireplace is next to the library lounge on the other side of the wall from the library.
