Who said "Without a trial"? If they're in PRISON, they've been convicted. But there are a LOT of people in seattle (local lady, etc.) who love criminals and instantly forgive everything.To them, criminals deserve rights.

What's so wrong with using prison inmates? As long as they use the ones that are in for life, they should be allowed to do experiments on them.
