You misunderstood, I loved the original Mario Twins, I was making a very poor reference to the fact that if all of our old games can become expired then new games won't have to be innovative because they would only compete with other current games instead of building on the work of earlier incarnations.

I'm with you - I like the old layout. There's just something about it which feels simple and pragmatic... Like it's there to get the job done, not to throw a bunch of crap in your face to show how shiny it is.
Then again, I still enjoy running things from the command line and disabling the bells and whistles on almost all new applications - clean and simple is king. (Yes, I guess I'm odd O_o )

They are really just worried that everyone will see them trying to pay off the Judge any anyone else they can to win. After all, Lobbying (Read: Bribeing) politicians only gets the MAFIAA so far, and if we got to see everything they said and did then everyone would know they are slime. How would they then help (Read: Extort) new artists?

I hope this case blows up on them big... very big.

And who cares if there is a plant or 2? Judge comments based on content, even if it's a differing viewpoint, that's called a "discussion" instead of "groupthink"
