There was a police car in the left lane on the northbound side of the road. I agree, people gawking slow down traffic too, but in this case there was only 1 lane open on the unaffected side of the road.

Yes, maybe it was the driver's fault. But it's not like Troy put Mayo in a position that he never would have been in on his own. It even says in the article that they had gone out drinking a few weeks before and Mayo had driven that night. So it just as easily could have been the other way around. I'm sure Troy feels absolutely horrible. They were friends! It was a tragic accident. It wasn't murder.

Either the attackers are really weak or it didn't happen. After being punched in the face and repeatedly kicked in the head, I would think he would have visible injuries.

I thought it was already a law. I got my belly button pierced 10 years ago when I was a minor and my mom had to come with me to consent. Must have just been the policy of the place...
