OMG is this too fabulous or what! It would take a dream wallet to live there. I have a relative there an we could do all the wonderful things together. It's such a fantasy place and melting pot of the world.

I agree that Texas Home was fabulous! It had a lake and a pool and beautiful stone work. Texas would have got my #1 vote and New Mexico #2. Well I guess it's good we don't all have the same taste- how boring that would be.

Just saw the Special and it was very well done. They did such a good job hosting it and showing off the house to its best advantage. The winning couple seemed very relieved to have won especially the money to lift some burdens off their shoulders. The rest of us will just have to dream on.

WOW.....!! I can see the winners here. Special hasn't even aired in Montana yet. I've been watching since 6:00 PM our time which was the time given on the TV cable guide channel and the local newspaper's TV Guide. WRONG. Guessing it will be at 9:00 since House Hunters is on now at 8:00 PM. I'm heart broken it's not my house but Sandra & Kermit look very happy. What a lucky couple! Good for them.

I'm going to a barn wedding in September. Not unusual for ranch people in Montana.

Summer has finally come and it's a beautiful day here- 84,sunny,low humidity. Come to MONTANA! I'll get back to the blog after the reveal tonight. Congratulations to the Green Home winner and the art piece winner! I assume both winners will be revealed tonight on the Special. Wish they could add spellcheck as a feature to this blog for those of us that fingers and brain are not always insink.

Thanks for all the information. Hope I don't miss any of the excitement. Our local TV guide is always three hours off on it's programming schedule and the local paper has been unresponsive to my plight. Even the TV spots for times don't match our time zone of mountain time. Most of the time I just watch HGTV anyway except for news, weather reports, and after I've seen a rerun of the program multiple times already. I'll be with you all glued to the set tonight to see the lucky winner. Wished it was me. All of the houses are beautiful but some are just a better fit for certain people. This one I felt very invested in.

This is my last entry on this blog to win Carrie's art piece but I will continue to blog on with you all . Thanks HGTV TEAM you are all awesome! Just had to put new gutters and downspouts on after the winter snow & ice took them out after 96 winters. Used long extensions to reach farther out into the yard to carry the water to the shrubs and lawn away from the building. Water can be our friend and our enemy.

This is my attempted third day entry for the art piece. The computer is working so slow that it has taken me an hour to read the blogs just from yesterday and to post. I love this art piece and would be proud to own it. Enjoy reading everyones green tips! Can learn something new everyday.
