I didn't know that about Tolstoy, Mark! I did notice the other day while at a party, someone began speaking in what felt to me to be a very intellectual way (it had been a while since I'd been to an event of this type) and my body immediately had a reaction to the words. I felt a distinct disconnect, which was disturbing. What I finally realize is that I went into my head, while listening and the disconnect was with my own body! So many opportunities to become more awake--for the listener and reader as well as the speaker or writer!

I've been "freewriting" since the 80's when I reread a letter to a close friend who was having a difficult time and realized that what I had written to her did not come from my intellect!
There continues to be so much more I can learn from this process. I am going to do what you suggest next-can't wait to see what is revealed. The child in me loves going into the unknown and exploring. So glad to be connected with a fellow traveler, and thank you so much for your very kind comments! Kathleen

I'm so glad you found this helpful, Jeanne! We so often post about the same topic in our different styles. You are always a catalyst for me to look at something in a new way. Hi Kerrie,
I think it's often so much easier to take action than to wait. Or to wait when it's really time to take action! Listening with one's whole being and following the guidance that emerges can often be very challenging. When ,as you demonstrate, we really listen, we can feel at peace even when in precarious situations. We are certainly having lots of great practice!

Your questions always stimulate my mind and cause me to look at something I hadn't explored before! I attended Gregg Braden's "God Code" workshop some years ago, and never connected those particular dots. Thanks to you for calling my attention to the similarity in both the message and the vibration in those sounds! I am rather astounded because it's now so obvious. You've really made my day!
As to your other question, I am in agreement that everything contains the vibration of Source. This question came up for me a while ago (in a slightly different context), when I asked the Ancestors about the language they transmit through me. What I understood from them was that they and the language vibrate at a frequency closer to Source Energy, and that what the sounds mean is also what they do, i.e., awaken cellular memory of the Light and Love that is our Essential Nature.
You are truly a Master Questioner!

Reading about your journey is reminding me of parts of my own journey that I need to remember and integrate into the Present, and I'm looking forward to both our sequels. Metaphorically speaking for me of course--for the moment!

How validating to read each others posts today and see we'd each written the same message in our different styles! You are indeed a model for what I wrote, Jeanne, and I'm so glad what I wrote is further confirmation for your latest Flight. After seeing "Avatar" it seems like flying is in the collective consciousness, although we battle and fly our dragons metaphorically!
