The official site http://www.ubislate.com/ says "May/12: Book Now". Also, if you scroll a little down their site, it reads this

"The response has been overwhelming. With tens of thousands of calls daily to our call-centre, we are unable to adequately respond to all the queries we are receiving. As we work with extreme urgency to build-up our response capacity, if you have difficulty in getting through to our toll-free number, please fill-in the query forms on this website or Email us at supportin@datawind.com, and we will revert back to you at the earliest."

Give them a mail and wait for the reply.

Actually, it does kind of matter IMO. I mean some niches/topics are such that they don't need reader's comments. But majority of them, do need them, and do ask for them.

As far as I know, the adverts on YT videos are dynamically generated, and are not hard coded to videos. So yeah, you won't get any adverts in downloaded videos.

Maybe wait for a month.

Maybe the process is already running in the background. It's hanging. Task Manager > Processes > Click on Windows Movie Maker > Then click End Process at the bottom right. Then try to open it again.
