In the 2000 Census, we received the long form. I only filled out what was required by the Constitution. A census worker later came to my door. Told him I wouldn't be filling out the intrusive form as there was no legal requirement for me to do so. Never heard from them again. Plan to do the same in the 2010 Census if we again receive the long form.

The United States already has valid claims to the North Pole region under the Doctrine of Discovery. Chances are slim to none that the current 'green' administration will ever act on the claims, however. By the way, the vast majority of police officers in this country are indeed well-trained and do understand what it means to protect and serve. Your second-guessing of the officers' actions does them a grave disservice.
