Uhm, could it be that she died because she was 115 years old!

Sorry to the friends and family for the loss, but this lady rocked it to 115. Pretty sure it was her time to go. I hope I can hang around that long. But really, is an autopsy something that shoudl be done on a 115 year old lady?

Squatters Rights... I have a spot in front of my house, right on the street, where I park my car. I park there every day. It is directly in front of my house, and if I am not there, it is still clear when I get home. When it is not, I get upset.

My neighbors will not park there, but not because they are scared that I will go ballistic, but because they respect the fact that I have parked there. It is just "my spot."

It is about being good neigbors. I will open my garage to anyone that needs something and as a community we are heppy to help and support each other. I even mow my neighbors lawn for him, at no charge. It just so happens, that because of a community understanding and courtesy, that is my parking spot. In fact the neighbors are quick to have visitors park somewhere else.

That is what the Lobstermen have in place.

There is a low cost cure for this... it is called an "OFF" button.

I have spoken to parents who can't figure out how to get their kids off the television or computer and doing things. TURN IT OFF!

Seriously, why are we coming up with excuses instead of parenting? I remember when I was younger, and I had watched two hours of cartoons, my Mom would turn off the tv and tell me to go outside and ride my bike or play out there...
