What we are looking at here is the result of some trauma, or injury, to the brain some time in the past. This injury does not have to have been recent…It could have happened during childbirth if they used forceps to deliver you. [You might also try “skipping”…for some reason people with these types of brain injuries have extreme difficulty skipping] If your MRI shows frontal lobe scarring, due to trauma, or if there is a disconnect between frontal and central lobes of brain then one can experience EXACTLY the dizziness and craziness that you describe. This is something to be taken quite serious because these physical injuries can lead one to psychotic behavior (which, of course, can be quite dangerous both to you and others). Some really are 5-star. I highly recommend Lord Jim’s at the Oriental Hotel (though you may need reservations even for lunch). Not only is the food perfect, and I do mean perfect, but the service is unparalleled. The key to good service is for the service to be invisible…at Lord Jim’s you will never notice the staff until you actually need something and then one will magically appear. True story: I had just finished my meal and felt like a cigarette but I remembered that I had left my lighter in the car…I whispered to my friend (whispered) that I had stupidly forgotten my lighter and I looked over my shoulder to call a waiter and he was already standing by my side with a lighter in his hand. How the fuck do they do that??? I also recommend the Sukothai Hotel restaurant. The food and service was so good there that I didn’t even get upset when a waiter accidently spattered my shirt with gravy. OMG, the look of terror on his face softened my heart immediately and besides it really wasn’t his fault.
