We could put sponsor patches all of their uniforms and when the are interviewed the could say "first of all I want to thank . . . " (and then rattle off 10 sponsors) before answering the question.

So the fatter player would have more sponsorships because they have more areaa for pathes on their uniforms. This would equalize the sport and make fat more acceptable too!

Finally we could scroll sponsors on the bbottom of the screen

Actually I live in TX and we're being affected by the oil too. It's funny you complain about the pathtic people here, but you spent the time to read the posts and post complaints and then tell us about your problems like you're the only person in the World that has a problem!

We're only venting and having fun try no to be so serious!

Good job to the Team ? Losing to a third world country -- whose next can commend the Team for losing to a remote island in the South Pacific?

Mike I apreciate the opportunity to explain a wierd sport (shall we call it). Actually I'm John in DFW -- glad I could be of help. Please don't ask about curling or cricket, but most other useless sports I'm wiling to try and explain!!

I'm not unpatriotic - I'm just totally disapointed by our Team losing to a third world country. The US Team needs to tighten the strap and play ball -- how do we continue to lose every four years??

Okay I take your challenge!!

It's a sport (allegedly) that has no time limit (until the ref who might be a gambling degenerate wants it to end) and there are mystery calls probably based on the gambling line. No call ever has to be explained (the fix is in right)!

They wear cute little shorts and they all try to be known by only one name.

They fall to the ground with drama like their little glass slippers broke when anyone gets within 40 feet of them (and then the ref pulls a cute little card out of his shirt pocket in whatever color he likes each time they fall).

Then after at least 90minutes of nothing then they try taking rotating turn kicks into the net - one kicker against the goaley. Finally the boring game ends nill nill!

Only if Cricket was played in the US. We're just trying to point out why the US Team players always hype us up and then disappoint us. What so four more years of being losers to Africa??

No need to call anyone bad names just because you like a sport where the ref can call a penalty and not have to name a person or the penalty.

Kenny, I really had hoped the US Team did well, and I thought we -- as the greatest Country on earth should be able to crush everyone at everything.

I guess I was surprised at losing to a small Country since all the US soccer hypes say we have such a great Team. I confess I watch 1 or 2 matches every four years.
