Actually, I believe the pirates were shot without regard to HIS wishes and there are several Seals who are paying the price for that right now.
I also believe that Teddy Kennedy picked out or gave him the dog to save him from looking the fool over not being able to make such a simple choice.
The real troublesome indecisiveness came with the 8 months of study to decide that our sons and daughters serving in Afghanistan really did need the help their commanding General asked for. He finally gave them some additional troops but only 75% of the lowest requested number.
I guess when you are organizing a community you really never have to make any tough decisions.

As an alternative to term limits, I would suggest that elected officials who are voted out of office have been fired.
They should be treated as such.
NO pension!
NO healthcare coverage!
This should keep them interested in what their constituents think of pending legislation
OR
May be they will do better in their next career.
