This activity has been going on a long time - and not just Teaparty applications, but any conservative organization. It's a breeze to get exemption for a witch's cloven, I'm bet, but just ask any outspoken person or goup with strong, conservative pre-1960 beliefs in America and you'll hear that it is nothing new, just more open attacks and not blaming some exuberant employee. I'd ask another question, too. Is there one group in or near DC that seems to be involved in these delays. Considering all the damage that has been done in the last 60 years and the rampage the current administration has done, this is relatively minor and may be another distraction to see what else is going on. Another question: When was the last independent audit done of that organization? Maybe if there is a change in the senate next year... Breaking up those hug federal power centers might just restore America.

Robert, you are absolutly correct; our representatives only talk and avoid commitments that might jeopardize their positions as cortisans of the ruling elite.On the other hand, human nature hasn't changed no matter what the Marxist have promised eucation could.Where they claim are proofs of its success, the penalty for violations is horrific.It is real fear of being caught that has succeeded.And nuerobiologist have shown that the Tabula Rasa theory that Marxist must defend at all cost is one of the biggest cons pulled off in history.

Except for the "let Iran have the bomb" issue, Ron is the voice of America before the progressives developed a common voice and said we are too dumb to continue as a republic in the last century. The progressives would hate me; Ron probably wouldn't like me either: I say we take back education from the Marxist; we make our toughest Marine commanders the top brass; we have the best dedicated armed forces, and any country that attacks us or any citizen without just cause would face a Spartan wrath.
Just be patient; the media and party insiders will announce their choice as soon as the "gullible masses" are convinced to be in favor of the right choice.

The Republican party only has to slide a little more left and theý can get the vote of the socialist in the media. They have politiced and compromised our culture into death heaves and instead of doctor Palin they call the snake oil salesmen. Personally they are good people. Bachman is excellent, but the crowd of candidates and media hate leaves her under constant defense. What more can the character assasins do to Sarah? She has survived where no one else could, and then the party shows they have outlived their usefulness. Tea Time, Sarah!!!!

I lived in rural S.E. Kentucky. We didn't have electricity until later. We used a car battery to play a radio in the evenings. Most Saturdays I went to the matanees at the thearte in a small town (lots of Gene Autry) unless I had to stay at the farm. I don't remember the year, but later Hedda Hopper had a Hollywood gossip program, but I thought those types were slanderous, busybodies and not worth listening. Truthfully, I doubt It would have mattered if the magazines, radio, TV etc would have made a difference: I had the Cumberland National Forest to play, explore, and hunt in. Life was interesting, exciting, and fun.
