On Hulu there's a minute and a half or so of the end of the sketch ("Mr. Obama.... Are you mad at me?" Obama response... "I'm here to tell you... it's ok to take sides." "No one could possibly follow up on that." (as Hillary tries to get a word in edgewise)). This snippet is funny, but the pillow parts were much funnier.
On various places which you can find non-official downloads of SNL stuff, it seems that the Taylor Swift (Season 35, Episode 5) episode was 'accidentally' marked as Season 33, Episode 5). You can find the 2010 Taylor Swift (as s33e05) all over the place. You can't find the REAL s33e05 anywhere. NBC had edited out the pillow parts as soon as a few weeks after it originally aired, so unless you DVR'd it yourself (or taped it), you're unlikely to be able to find it.

Remember the Democratic Debate? In SNL's version the reporters asked tough biting questions of Hillary and followed up by asking Obama if he was comfortable.... and would he like a pillow?
The pillow bit was a hilarious rendition of the kid-gloves the media was giving Obama even back then. Search for it today. You WILL NOT FIND IT (at least I have not been able to, even looking on file-share sites for that episode). All online clips of that SNL episode have been edited to remove the 'pillow' parts of the debate sketch. NBC removed it from all official clips of that sketch (the sketch isn't NEARLY as funny without those parts... "Seriously Mr. Obama... I can go get you a pillow.")
You can find stories about the reaction to the 'Pillow' sketch, but you cannot find the sketch itself anymore. Until that moment I hadn't realized how much what you can find on the internet can be censored by a truly determined 'cleaner'.
*** If you can find an unedited link to that sketch, PLEASE post it.

That is, an "interception" is not the same as a "recording" and an "interception" is clearly the "acquisition" of the communication and NOT the "recording" or "taping" of it.
James & Hannah did not "Intercept" the communication. The legally "acquired" it by BEING PART OF THE CONVERSATION. Recording is just a preservation mechanism if you aren't "intercepting" the communication. But save that for the trial (if it ever gets that far). Go Go DISCOVERY!!!

Jayne!
The Man they call Jayne!
Oh, He robbed from the rich
and he gave to the poor.
Stood up to the man
and he gave him what for.
Our love for him now
ain’t hard to explain.
The hero of Canton
the man they call Jayne.
Our Jayne saw the mudders’ backs breakin’.
He saw the mudders’ lament.
And he saw the Magistrate takin’
every dollar and leavin’ five cents.
So he said: “You can’t do that to my people.”
said “You can’t crush them under your heel.”
So Jayne strapped on his hat
and in 5 seconds flat
stole everythin’ Boss Higgins had to steal.
Oh, He robbed from the rich
and he gave to the poor.
Stood up to the man
and he gave him what for.
Our love for him now
ain’t hard to explain.
The hero of Canton
the man they call Jayne.
Now here is what separates heroes
from common folk like you and I.
The man they call Jayne
he turned ’round his plane
and let that money hit sky.
He dropped it onto our houses
he dropped it into our yards.
The man they called Jayne
he stole away our pain
and headed out for the stars!
Here we go!
He robbed from the rich
and he gave to the poor.
Stood up to the man
and he gave him what for.
Our love for him now
ain’t hard to explain.
The hero of Canton
the man they call Jayne…

Nothing about being 'thrown out' and more importantly nothing about underage prostitution.

1. First video comes out.
2. Acorn say 'they tried this and failed in san diego, xx, new york, xx, xx'. We already know (now) they DIDN'T fail in New York and San Diego.
3. Fake Police report is posted online for them to find and/or provided directly to them from a 'friend'.
4. Acorn thinks 'I don't remember them, but SOMEONE in our office must have filed the report'.
5. Acorn says 'they were kicked out of dozens of offices (showing Philly police report)
6. Video comes out with James preparing 'Police Report'
That scenario would be *SO* sweet.
Or, the police report is actually a Philly Police report from a day when James and Hannah were actually there... but even if that's true, it doesn't show that they were kicked out... if it's 100% accurate, all it shows is a 'verbal disturbance' and they'd already left at the time of the report... no mention of underage prostitution.
