Hey! Pro-choice-ers! I STILL need someone to explain to me the "pro-choice" stance . . . Doesn't choosing to mess around in the first place qualify as a choice? Unless I hear otherwise, it sounds more like an "anti-accountability" stance (excepting cases of rape, of course).

Like Garrison K. said, "If you don't want to go to Minnesota, you probably shouldn't get on the train heading north."

Oh mercy . . . Okay, the Obamas are hip, we get that (thank you MSM). Their tastes are very progressive. Check. But what about the dignity of the office? There weren't any other ornaments available with an equal "cool factor" but in better taste? It's like when parents name their child something avant-garde just to make a statement, only to have the kid move out as soon as they can.

Maybe there's an analogy here.

Wow-just read the article over at American Thinker. I'd be skeptical, except that 1) the article is well documented, and 2) it fits so well with what we've been seeing this past year. Heck, even after Brown won it seems that the Left is in "adapt" mode, although I'm hoping more for the sincere realization that they need to rethink what they've been selling. We'll see, I guess.

From the SF Gate Article: [When asked about the potential vote if put to the SF City Council,] council President Jane Brunner said, "A lot of us don't think that he represents our thinking in Oakland."

Wait, what? OUR thinking? Does the SF City Council get to decide that, too? SF is one of my favorite cities (GREAT food town), but seriously? When that mentality becomes ingrained in a community, that community is hosed.

"He kept us safe." What greater thing could be said about a commander-in-chief? In other words, he did his job.

Remember when newspapers just reported the news, all of it? Remember when MTV used to play music? Yeah, me neither.

From the same network that produced the infamous halftime show "malfunction" (like you didn't see THAT coming . . .)

Pathetic when any company brings the lowest common denominator to the masses for a buck. Well, a lot of bucks.
