Oooooh found another video, not sure if someones already pointed it out but if you go into the e-mails and then click on 'find' in the bottom right it is a video - it implies that they were recruiting (Level 2) in Atlanta. Georgia (So I guess phil's being recruited) and then they will move on to testing (Level 3) in New York City.
