If I understand your question correctly, yes. Exactly what I did starting of Page 5.

From the manual (abbreviated):
1. power down
2. set mode on dial
3. press reset button while powering up the system
and on from there.

#3 is the gotcha... :(

As a RAID 1 array is simply a mirror of each other, you should be able to pull a drive and stick into any other machine. Just to absolutely certain, I pulled a drive and stuck it in this computer. All looks good!

I see no reason why you couldn't. As the RAID setup is (in effect) transparent to the operating system, utilities such as Acronis should have no problem. Of course, I have not tested that...

You could get a couple of smaller drives, but I do not think you would save that much. And $74 for the module seems quite inexpensive considering what you are getting for that $74.

But you enjoy the Ceton now and get the Prime later in the year when the price is hopefully a bit cheaper.

narrow visioned -> narrow minded = my bad!

And no offense taken. I just see the dashboard differently than you. And I certainly can not argue that WHS 2011 could have been a lot more than it is.

I just hope v3 will be a much bigger leap over v2 than v2 was over v1. :)

Narrow minded? I thought I was simply explaining what the application is there for. And that is a nice idea, buy one copy of a commerical program and allow X number of people to access it at the same time. SW compnies kind of frown upon that.

And I guess I do not understand why you think you cannot have all your docs in one central location (in WHS 2011) right now.
