I spent 13 years in the U.S. Navy. I served on two submarines, the Nathan Hale and the Nevada. I also served on a submarine tender the U.S.S. Holland. I received many awards for outstanding service to my country. But I received them from my captain who I greatly respected in all three tours. Not once did I receive or ever want something from the Congress, Senate, or White House except a nice pay raise (which I see happened after I got out, bravo). I logged over 3 years submerged in isolation duty and I can tell you I did NOT do it for the Congress... I did it for my family, my friends, and even for the freaks I detest so they could have the right to burn the flag or protest against the military.

Washington, keep your accolades for yourself, pat yourself on your back, that's what you do so well. Just leave the military alone...

After reading more about his proposal in numerous locations I came to the realization that if approved would bring about Taxation Without Representation.

Think about it...
1. No more worrying about campaigning on taxes.
2. When Washington overspends (and we know they will) how much do you really think they will cut?
3. How quickly will they expand the tax base exposed to the "trigger"?
4. This is the single most scary legislature I've seen proposed in years, and the last two years have been horrific.

Spread the word... "No Taxation Without Representation"!!!

I didn't see this in any of the blogs and I am shocked. What this really means is TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. It means the "We the People" won't have a say in taxes from this point forward... Think about it, when Congress overspends, and they will, it will kick in the "failsafe" and what are the odds that they will actually cut spending? Zero, they WILL raise taxes. No need to campaign on taxes in the future, they will have what they want... Free reign in yours and my pockets...

Obama's comments have nothing to do with calling out the socialist media network. It was pure posturing, that's what they do best. Everyone on the left plays their part, that's why when the left "calls out" the left it is ALWAYS in generalities. Just playing their part. As long as you have people like Soros funding the left they WILL continue to operate in the same manner. Their "ratings" are in the toilet and they don't care, ratings only provide the shows value for advertising. Soros doesn't really care about that now does he? The only difference is for the first time in the last 60 years there is a conservative voice that isn't afraid to stand up for truth, justice and the American way! God love you Breitbart, Malkin, Hannity, Beck, O'Reilly, News Busters and all!!!!! Keep up the good fight!!!

He is something I've never understood.
If China's economy collapses would it affect the rest of the world, NO.
If Russia’s economy collapses would it affect the rest of the world, NO.
If Japans’ economy collapses would it affect the rest of the world, NO.
If England’s economy collapses would if affect the rest of the world, NO.
IF AMERICA’S ECONOMY COLLAPSES THE WORLDS ECONOMY COLLAPSES.
Here’s what I don’t get…
If our economy is the ONLY country that can collapse the world’s economy, WHY IS THE DOLLAR WEAKER THAN THE YUAN, THE YEN; AND THE EURO? IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL…
