In 2008 when we saw record high gas prices, Obama himself stated that he's perfectly fine with $4 gas and supports it, he just wished that the price rose gradually instead of all at once as it did.

Anyone who thinks this man is going to do ANYTHING to stop the rise in gas prices is crazy or stupid or both. This is exactly what he WANTS. And as far as the poor goes, you bet your butt Obama will be up there talking about how we should give vouchers to poor people, so us taxpayers and the eeevil rich pay for 'the poor folks' gas. After all, class warfare is what Obama's all about.

We are so screwed.

I live in Michigan, and recently had to renew my driver's license. I opted for the 'enhanced driver's license' which doubles as a passport, allowing me entrance into Canada. To obtain this 'enhanced' driver's license, I had to provide my long-form birth certificate (the one Obama is hiding from us) which includes: the names of both of my parents AND their ethnicity AND the state and county in which they were born; furthermore, this document was signed by the physician who delivered me. The short-form birth certificate that Obama provided contains none of these things. By this standard, our current POTUS could not and would not even qualify for an enhanced driver's license from the state of Michigan.

hmmm, I don't think so, Greg. It would have to come from the media, and this media is so wound up in protecting the man they pushed for president, I don't think they'll ever turn on him.

Know what's funny? If Obama were not President and had to fly commercially, he wouldn't be able to fly overseas, because he wouldn't ever show his passport.

I still can't believe we have a President who has spent over $1 million to hide his long-form birth certificate (the one that states the name of the physician who delivered him and the name of the hospital he was born in), his passport, his kindergarten records, his adoption records, his Chicago Bar information, and all of his school records from when he attended Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard (that includes scholarship info, grades, group associations, and all of the papers he wrote, including his thesis and everything he wrote while at Harvard Review). Shocking, isn't it?

If we had a responsible media that was intent on reporting news and providing real journalism instead of fellating Obama 24/7, this would be broadcast as Obama's 'My Pet Goat' moment. I mean, come on, Bush was blasted for sitting there for 15 mins (he didn't want to scare the children), but Obama gets a free pass for sitting on this for THREE DAYS before deigning to speak to Americans? Give me a break. Our President is so embarrassingly weak and ill-prepared for the job.
