sailor and marine r in the head, both taking a pee. the sailor goes over and washes his hands. as the marine starts to walk out the sailor says" in the navy they teach us to wash our hands after we pee." the marine replies" in the marines they teach us not too pee on our hands".

so a good way to control americans is to kill industry then break up the big cities into smaller more managible ones, they hint at breaking up detroit into smaller towns seperated by woodlands.
