The entire educational experience in the USA is designed to produce progressive liberals. Adding a dash of conservative relish at the end is a farce. The whole idea is absurd...which explains why the liberal academics are interested....
Anyone who prefers to live in a society where individuals do not enter other people's homes uninvited must understand the charges have nothing to do with this out of control youth; rather, it is about setting standards by which the community wishes to live. Those standards must be imposed on folks like this woman who cannot control her own behavior in that regard to show that the community is serious about having and enforcing standards.
There is a lot more at stake than just the Republican nomination. We' re talking about the future direction of the party that will be shaped by Ron Paul's limited government, constitutional rule momentum. It really makes no difference which of the big government candidates get the nomination. They cannot win against Obama without Ron Paul's supporters. We'll hold out for a limited government candidate next time around, sorry status quo. Your days are over.
Another example of federal funds destroying rural communities...they could have made 119 a toll road and kept the feds out of it...instead, they make this small community an addict of federal debt. Pathetic.
Every cent the government spends should be earmarked. If your representatives are not earmarking bills they are not representing your interests very well. If they do not vote against spending bills they are not limited government conservatives. I wouldn't expect Rick Perry or his supporters or the rest of the field for that matter, understand that.
Bachmann would wage preemptive war on anyone who causes her fear...yet she thinks a foreign policy of diplomacy, trade and prosperity is dangerous? LOL. No wonder sane people have rejected her and embraced Ron Paul. Good-bye Michelle 'bomb them all' Bachmann.
Funny how folks make up nonsense about Ron Paul's foreign policy then attack him for the fear their own ridiculous assumptions has caused. Blind fear makes decent people into fear-driven war mongers.
Ed must make comparisons to things he is familiar with...he and his audience don't often leave the sewers.
I have no idea how Newt defines 'conservative' but based on the way I define it, he fails the Conservative High-5 test:
1. Rule of Law - You must oppose powers centralized in the executive...not ensure they are granted.
2. Individual Liberty - You must oppose federal legislation that grants federal agents power over individuals.
3. Limited Government - You must oppose federal legislation aimed at homogenizing state laws or devaluing state sovereignty.
4. Free Enterprise - You must oppose federal intervention in markets at home and internationally.
5. The right and means to defend the other 4 items from all enemies both foreign and domestic. - You must uphold the US Constitution as written not as interpreted by progressively progressive courts.
