As far as the government mandating what you can eat, drink, or smoke - I'm the last person that supports that - unless people like me and ShiningCityGirl are expected to pay for the consequences of your behavior, which I am even more against. This isn't la-la land - you can't have it both ways. Either do whatever you want and take personal responsibility for it, or if you want others to take responsibility for you, don't expect them to say "anything goes".
