My apologies. I just came back from vacation and saw these comments. They were homemade Christmas presents from Grandma Margaret that would have been very difficult and time-consuming to replace. She took the time crochet Kleenex box covers in the form of a couch for each family member.

Justin: You make some good points and thank you for reading. It's true that people have gone on to great success after getting their GEDs. And people working in fast food truly are in a thankless job. For that reason, I do not ever recall yelling, insulting or mistreating employees for some incredibly horrendous service. While I have held them accountable for their customer service, I have always tried to treat them with respect. I have no idea what their stories are and I understand how difficult their jobs can be. My whole point to my son was to not let Taco Bell be the end of the line. Reach for something higher that can impact the most lives, and that doesn't necessarily mean making the most money.

I would encourage pros to answer the question vs. tossing out an ad for themselves. "Let Henderer Design Build come to the rescue and you won’t even have to worry about the details. You’ll be enjoying your new space in no time." That immediately turns me off and I won't be calling them. However if they were to actually answer the question in a few sentences, I would be calling them to ask more. Isn't that what we're trying to achieve here?
