While I totally agree, this man is a horrible example of humanity, what in the world did that 70 yr old man think he was going to do by getting out of his car? Even if that rural road was located in civilization, I'd step on the gas and get away from someone exiting their vehicle. All in all, I think maybe Hardening Of The Arteries met up with Road Rage Idiot With A License.
