How to describe my contempt for "Hollywood"?

Well, how about this? What image come to mind when the term "ex-Special Forces" is used? Instead of imagining heroes, men who do incredible things and then remain quiet about them, Hollywood offers us an endless series of murderers, misfits and malcontents. In this case, "ex-Special Forces" are shown to be determined to commit a bigger outrage than 9-11. While innocent victimized Muslims and a Syrian Intel operative struggle to co-operate with the NYPD and a federal agent to stop OUR OWN SOLDIERS.

This was a contemptible 2 part episode of a usually light and fluffy show. Truly enraging. TV producers must be the the most mad-dog morons among us.

Well, no, its not "anti-Christian". As in most shows, Christianity doesn't exist in the Castle universe.

I wonder when critics will figure out that a compelling and dramatic execution of a malicious and evil idea makes for a malicious and evil show. Even though it was "well done".

Now he's addressing the nation from a balcony like he's Mussolini or Peron.

No uniform at least

Countries which do not have a common national culture are unstable. Countries with 2 official languages and 2 historical cultures are especially unstable. Canada and Belgium have been on the verge of disintegration for decades. In Africa and Central Asia riots and civil wars between ethno-linguistic groups are the norm.

There is absolutely no lesson in any of this for the U.S. Huge transfers of population into the U.S. from Mexico and Central America can never ever have a similar effect here. Shame on you for thinking so.

Its called the Statue of Liberty not the Statue of Immigration.

We have never had mass immigration combined with a welfare state and an official ideology of multiculturalism. The combination of the three is destructive of the cohesion of American society. For liberals this is a feature, not a bug.

The halt in mass immigration from 1924 to 1964 ended all the problems that the previous wave of immigration has created. The same thing would work again. Therefore, it is never mentioned.

The idea that we could have a rational immigration policy, say allowing in those in technical professions or with loads of cash, while barring elderly welfare recipients and unskilled laborers, is likewise, not mentioned.

Among the many things liberals are unable to discuss rationally is immigration. Most issues are just an excuse for them to call their opponents names and revel in their own self-perceived moral superiority.

Why are the state of affairs in Mexico and Central America never addressed? Both regions are zones of chaos with parasitic relations with the US . Mexico especially benefits greatly from both illegal emigration and drug smuggling. The reason journalists don't discuss Mexico is because if Americans really knew how bad it was there, 90% of them would demand a second Great Wall be built and that 100,000 soldiers be stationed to patrol it.
