Been there done that, how about this one. A representative of the RE commission attended the Realtor Rally, I asked that person a few basic simple questions of change that were coming...HE had no clue what I was remotely talking about, he said to call the commission offices and ask directly, which I did, got left on voice mails, NO ONE ever called back..

The Tollroad tried to TAKE FREE MLS at PPAR in Colo. Spgs. since when is any mls free, and why should the Tollroad be free, if members who work hard to pay for it and use it with honest intent in the communites best interest, Yet "ET" wants free "Tollroad" access...at everyone elses' expense...and supposedly threatened people that she has power...

speaking of HER RIGHTS, "ET" is always trying to take money from the state and hard working members of mls's.
Not only does she want STATE money to pay for her mistakes which some of that comes from Realtors, she also wanted FREE mls access to PPAR in Colo. Spgs...AND for her ENTIRE STAFF to be able to get into PPAR mls, and
Track REALTORS whom MIGHT be violating any mls rules..hmmm I thought that was why mls organizations have their own internal monitoring systems..she also wanted to monitor REALTORS to see who is a repeat offender. Its also said ET threatened the ppar admin staff with Attorneys to GIVE HER her FREE access and staff..go figure...what an idiot

Erin " Troll," is a Troll, a raggedy one not even one that will ever bring any money, because she has no value to the business of people...she needs to be put on the TROLL shelf as USED, outdated, ugly troll.

I'm sorry, I WAS a Mortgage Broker and acting as a licensed Real Estate Broker...she squashed that too. I now only practice as a Real Estate Broker..I always practiced with full intergrity. She doesnt like people who try and get ahead, who go to school, who stay in the business with NEVER having any fraud, she cant stand people trying to make ANT kind of living onless its on her terms..well now she gets to feel what its like to be shoved out the door, and claim there was no wrong doing..she's dumb and stupid just like the government...
