Mr. Lynch ... can you please double check the quote you posted for Congressman Loebsack....

“I think this is the way to go,” Loebsack said. “I think this is clearly wonderful for the state of Iowa, for the 2nd District. I’m very much about repealing this bill.”

He states he thinks the bill is wonderful and then you quote him as saying he's "very much about repealing this bill" -- guessing it's a typo since part A contradicts part B.

wiat a second! wait a second! It was the mother who drowed the child. The step-father was on the hook for child endangerment because he knew his wife was abusing the child and did not speak up. He was not being charged with killing the boy!

Well Drake officials wanted to get attention and now they got it. Will they now be flooded with applications from the bottom third of the student lists from high schools nation wide? They may have accomplished a guaranteed enrollment for the next few years, but what kind of students will they now attract? When the marketing campaign for your school is a joke, doesn't that worry administrators about the future reputation of their school and graduates?

The rules noted are reasonable and should prevent urban chickens from the more crowded spaces in town. However, who will enforce these rules and what happens to those who don't follow them and put their chickens up wherever they choose?
