Before you trying attacking me you should know that I am a volunteer on a fire department in the area. I am also a veteran who served our country valantly for more than 20 years. I know the Brotherhood well, as my Brothers serve our community with honor and dignity. We are not compelled to drink beer and do shots at our fire station. There is no reason that volunteer firefighters need to drink at the fire station. That is an accident waiting to happen. If we want to get together and have a good time, we head downtown and spend some money on our community. We DO NOT drink at our station while we "on call" for an emergency.
What false allegations have I made? It sounds like you are confirming my comments, by stating "you are heading to the station to have a beer with the chief." That does not sound false, it sounds like you are condoning that behavior. Is that correct? Why don't you try to grown up young man, and stop defending someone who obviously has an alcohol problem. Help him, instead of enabling him.

It is also very sad to see that the court only issued a $300.00 bond. Crimes far simpler that this harrassment charge often see bonds of $3,500 to $5,000 cash only. A crime where a victim feels fear for his families safety should require a far higher bond. The court made a mistake here. He needs to be locked up and have a mental evaluation.
It would also be nice to know how many "No Contact" orders are actually broken. I would guess Mr. Joens will contact the witness again, and again, and again. No Contact orders DO NOT work! Jail cells with bars, work. That is the real No Contact that is needed in this case.
Regina, you DO NOT need this guy!!!
