100% agree. The Usual Suspects was an awesome movie. I disagree that the twist invalidated the entire movie. When you see the lawyer pick him up in the final scene, it is obvious that the story told actually happened, Kaiser Sozcia just changed the names of the people that actually made it out alive.

Maybe the twist was just too good for Ben to catch?

The Trilogy was so unbelievable in real life, that recreating them would have been very dificult and never given the real fights justice. You truly have to see them to believe them. Plus none of the fights where for a title, and he lost two of three.

It makes sense to end the movie with him as the WBU Light Welterwight Champion, than the guy that Gatti beat with one broken hand.

I disagree. Four kids from a town were everyone is expected to end up working in the coal mine, work their tails off to overcome the adversity and pull off the impossible. All of the kids end up graduating from college and living very successful lives.

I find the theme to be decidedly right wing. Perhaps I missed something?

If memory serves that is about a teenage rapist/killer that commits his crimes in the nude. he targets bronsons daughter, and so on and so forth. I was much younger when I saw this movie and remeber it being quite disurbing. Couldnt remember the name of it until I read your post, but remember it being quite suspensful.

That's hilarious. In 2004 I had a bumper sticker that said "10 out 0f 10 terrorists agree. Anybody but Bush."
I swear it got me out of a ticket driving through Oklahoma. It also got me a lot of middle fingers.
