washcomom- Nice video but I'm not sure I'd stand still if I saw a tornado on the horizon. My wife and I have something even more frightening in our wedding photos: It's my evil, ex-stepmother. Actually, she might be riding her broomstick past the tornado in the video...

I notice that the nickname for Sprague high school is 'Olympians'. With the on-going kerfuffle over the use of names associated with native Americans, I think that this name should also be banned. After all, Jim Thorpe was both a native American and an Olympian.

You're going to see more and more of that as the economy continues to falter and as mankind continues to encroach into the traditional habitat of tornadoes.

The point is this: It was voted down. Repeatedly. Obviously some voted in favor, but the way it used to work was that when the majority said no, the issue was laid to rest.
