can always go back to school in a cast, and if you get busted for pot in the nfl its no biggie.... cant go to nfl in a cast and get kicked off the team for drugs.

nfl draft advisory committee must of given a pretty low choice. Can always go finish school in a cast if you get injured with a minor fraction of the money you get on you first nfl paycheck :p

cant go to the nfl with your minor degree in a cast.

ive seen multiple people walk across the street here daily - people who work just across the road going for lunch, or people in the trailer park or apartments over there doing quick shopping, or whatever - it is quite common

good plan - the over the street cross walks are not ideal, North Liberty is supposed to be putting something like this going under 965 at some point to.

1.5mil is less then what a lawsuit for 1 wrongful death lawsuit would cost, and ideally this could save many lives.

Of all the money CR is spending on stuff, this is much better then something like a library, or a hotel

it doesn't look like its raised above the flood level - looks like its still street level :p most of these public buildings we are building should have a 1st story parkade type deal - solve the parking deli-ma and eliminate flood troubles in future.

insurance covers the losses, another company that robs the people.

people rob banks typically as a last resort - fix our broken government and you wouldn't have as bad of a issue.

rip down taco bell - its the perfect block and its got the least amount to loose which means the least amount of work to get ready for a new building. Taco bell can open up anywhere - down where the old DQ was could use a new fast food joint since a car lot didnt last to long, not that taco bell is a good joice, surprised people decide to keep eating their low grade meat.
