What's wrong with Gitmo? It seems like the perfect place to keep terrorists that are trying to kill Americans. (away from Americans, duh). They say it's a state of the art facility, probably cleaner than most terrorists homes. They're given clean clothes, a Koran, prayer rug, arrows pointing towards Mecca (although I've heard that on some days , the Americans point the arrows in the wrong direction, so they pray to the wrong God). They also have food cooked according to their religion. Reports say that some P.O.W.s gain an average 20 lbs. in captivity. This is the only P.O.W. camp I've ever heard of, where P.O.W.s gain weight (ask John McCain).They also receive FREE medical & dental (do you?) If these terrorists are moved to the U.S., they may not escape, but they will recruit American citizens, in prison, who will eventually be released into the U.S. after being infected by the worst of the worst .Mr President, it's time to govern for the best interests of America, and not the hollow adulation of so-called Allies, that would gladly watch us crash & burn. You said you were the President of ALL the people. Don't be a Democrat or a Republican, Be an American. If you want a special interest group to champion, try the U.S Citizens.

It seems to me that we should declare WAR on any country where we feel it necessary to send our troops. We should only go to war if we're going to fight to WIN, not to negotiate a truce or to impress Russia or China with how NICE we are to people who are trying to kill us. If we need 50,000 we should send 150,000, overwhelming force and total devastation. Rules of Engagement: Shoot on sight, Shoot to kill. We should NEVER send our military into battle with one hand tied behind their backs. You only have to show the world once, that you not only have the ability, but also the WILL to stand up and fight.
